Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Shop Floor Manager to support the day-to-day running of the store alongside the General Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily shop floor operations
• Lead and motivate a team of around 10 staff
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Oversee stock control, displays, and merchandising
• Support in-store promotions and sales improvement

Experience and skills Required

• Retail management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-focused, organised, and proactive
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment
