Job Description

MumBa provide services for Mums and tots including play, music and creative sessions for tots as well as fitness classes, support and information sessions for Mums. 

Session Facilitator:
The Session Facilitator is responsible for creating a safe, supportive environment in which sessions can run smoothly and effectively. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate sessions in a warm, inclusive, and engaging manner
  • Create a safe space where participants feel heard, respected, and supported
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
  • Work collaboratively as part of a wider team to support the organisation
  • Adapt to changing needs, schedules, and group dynamics with flexibility
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with participants and colleagues

Booking Clerk:

The Booking Clerk is responsible for managing session bookings and responding to enquiries in a friendly and welcoming manner within a given timeframe. The role supports the smooth running of sessions through accurate record-keeping and clear communication with the wider team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to messages and enquiries in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
  • Take and manage bookings for sessions accurately and efficiently
  • Create, update, and maintain booking lists
  • Communicate booking information and updates with the wider team
  • Provide general administrative support related to session bookings
