Job Description

Duties include:

• Prospect and Generate Leads.
• Identify/source and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and other outreach strategies.
• Build Relationships.
• Establish trust with prospective clients by understanding their insurance needs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with leads, nurturing relationships through follow-ups and personalized touchpoints to convert prospects into long-term clients.

Experience and skills Required

• Confident.
• Ability to source and close clients on your own.
