Salary: 24K - 28K plus commissions and bonus
Job Description
- Appraise potential tenants suitability
- Meet tenants on site & sign up process
- Admin duties; including liaising with clients, contractors, tenants and local authorities
- Job is 60% on the road, 40% office based
Experience and skills Required
- Driving License
- Enjoy working within a team
- Excellent communicator
- Highly organised & ALWAYS on time
- Excellent work ethic
- English 1st language an advantage
- Any experience in the property or maintenance field an advantage
