Job Description

We are a commercial property management company with a large and varied portfolio. We are looking for an organised and detail-focused administrator to support the day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and code supplier invoices and expense submissions accurately
  • Carry out credit control duties, including chasing rent and service charge arrears, speaking with tenants, and keeping tenant accounts up to date
  • Keep on top of property compliance requirements across the portfolio, ensuring records are maintained and kept up to date
  • Track and coordinate maintenance issues across the portfolio, liaising with contractors and monitoring progress

Experience and skills Required

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Comfortable working with numbers and managing multiple tasks
  • Professional, reliable and able to work independently, with a professional and confident telephone manner when speaking with tenants and contractors
  • Previous experience in property or a similar sector is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided
