Job role:

The Role includes surveying residential properties to measure their energy efficiency and providing certification relating to their EPC rating using proprietary software with a future of commercial EPCs
To develop skills, with EPC National’s help, to carry out energy/other surveys giving tenants and clients the greatest service.
To be efficient so that the survey/programming work can be covered at a good speed.
To become confident giving client consultations regarding achieving legally required EPC ratings.

Skills Required:

EPC Qualifications – (EPC NATIONAL will provide these).
Full driving licence (Company car can be provided)
Good computer skills (Outlook/ Excel/ good grammar and communicating well via email)
Communicating well with tenants/ clients/ office staff
Training available to start immediately

Personality / Character / Attitude Required:

Responsibility, consistency, drive, motivation, and a strong work ethic are key.
Self-initiative but also happy to ask for help when needed.
Consistent and punctual.
Committed to leaving a good impression of our firm.
