Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to oversee construction and refurbishment projects from start to finish.This role covers everything from initial quoting through to completion. You’ll be responsible for managing builders, keeping projects on track, and making sure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.This is a practical role — you’ll be on-site, in the office, and in constant communication with clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from A to Z (quote → completion)
• Prepare and review quotes, scopes, and project plans
• Coordinate and manage builders and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress and quality
• Problem-solve issues on site quickly and effectively
• Communicate with clients, providing updates and managing expectations
• Handle office-based reporting and job tracking

Experience and skills Required

• Full UK driving licence
• Own vehicle (preferred)
• Willing to travel to sites across the North West
• Strong character — able to take control of situations
• People Person
• Proactive, reliable, and accountable
• Comfortable working both on-site and in the office
