Job Description

We provide practical, hands-on and structured work experience opportunities for individuals. 

Duties include:

• Provide training and supervision to mostly high school-aged trainees, along with some older learners, including individuals with SEN.
• Develop and manage personalised training plans and Personal Development Plans (PDPs), including support with CV writing and interview preparation
• Support additional training areas based on individual interests, including online marketing, graphic design, customer service, administration, and business skills through a combination of online learning and practical, hands-on activities
• Organise and deliver workshops approximately once per month

Experience and skills Required

• Training provided
• No previous experience required, although interest in technology would be preferred
