We are a UK-based energy management consultancy seeking an Operations & Onboarding Manager to oversee daily operations and client onboarding. This role focuses on improving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality service while supporting company growth.
Key Responsibilities – Operations:
- Manage day-to-day operations, teams, and support staff
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals
- Resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement using data
- Collaborate across departments (sales, marketing, finance)
- Manage resources, budgets, and stakeholder relationships
- Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices
Key Responsibilities – Onboarding:
- Lead onboarding for new and existing clients
- Set milestones and manage data collection, validation, and system integration
- Coordinate with sales, technical partners, and internal teams
- Oversee installations, billing setup, and early-cycle performance
- Ensure smooth handover to operations and strong client communication
