Office Manager/Administrator/PA to Director

Job Description

We are a property surveying company located in Salford, Manchester and we operate throughout the UK.

We are looking for an office based experienced and efficient, office manager/administrator/PA to Director.

The successful candidate will preferably have experience in the property field but we are happy to consider capable candidates.

Duties to include but not limited to the following: 

  • Drafting, preparing, proof reading and issuing dictated reports, meeting minutes, letters etc
  • Printing and collating reports, contracts, notice packs etc.
  • Managing the director’s diary, appointments, meeting etc.
  • Liaising with property occupiers and arranging site inspections.
  • Liaising with other professional consultants, product manufactures etc.   
  • Respond and answer telephone enquiries/queries.
  • Respond and liaise with clients via telephone and email, provide updates etc.
  • Financial duties to include; financial controlling, drafting and issuing invoices, book keeping, collating VAT returns.

Experience and skills Required

The position requires the successful candidate to be able to ‘think outside of the box’ and must have the following: 

  • Eye for detail and accuracy
  • Previous office and admin experience
  • Organisational skills
  • Initiative
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent written and communication skills

Other Details

  • Not essential but preferable that the candidate has a car to run local errands.
