Job Description

London-based mortgage brokerage is hiring a remote administrator to support the full mortgage
application process from submission through completion.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Managing mortgage applications from submission through completion
• Liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors
• Following up on outstanding documents
• Maintaining accurate records and tracking files
• General admin support throughout the process

Experience and skills Required

• Must have prior mortgage brokerage experience
• Strong organisation and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Good computer skills (Excel, email)
