Job Description

Duties include:

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day
• Property maintenance tasks across our portfolio
• Liaise with contractors and tenants to ensure timely and efficient maintenance work
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify preventative maintenance needs
• Respond promptly to urgent repair issues

Experience and skills Required

• A valid driving license is essential 
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is ideal, but we’re open to considering candidates without direct experience if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn
