Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am-2pm, Friday 9am-1pm (Around 30 hours per week + overtime tbc)
Salary: Starting at £13.50 per hour

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food in a commercial kitchen environment
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Work effectively as part of a team and support kitchen leadership when required
  • Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and hygienic
  • Assist with stock control, food storage, and deliveries
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations clean and organised
  • Help with storing food and checking stock levels
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Experience and skills Required

  • Food Safety Level 2 qualification (minimum)
  • At least 2–3 years’ experience working in a commercial kitchen
  • Strong understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work well under pressure
  • Team player with good  communication skills
