Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑focused person to manage bookkeeping, payments, and internal systems within a growing business.

  • Processing and reconciling incoming and outgoing payments
  • Managing invoices and VAT records in Xero
  • Owning and maintaining the CRM and internal systems
  • Improving processes and workflows as the business grows




Experience and skills Required

  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Confidence using Xero
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, trustworthy and organised
