Job Description
Duties include:
- General office administration
- Answering the phone
- Writing notes and emails from dictation
- Writing up research information
- Responding to emails
- Entering invoices on Xero
- Maintaining filing system
Experience and skills Required
- Excellent written English is essential.
- Previous office experience not required as long as the candidate is capable and efficient
- Excellent computer skills is essential (Outlook, Excel and Word) as well as an excellent command of written and verbal English
- Knowledge of Xero is an advantage. Training will be given if required.
- The candidate will be organised and be able to take instruction as well as work on their own initiative.
- Will have the ability to multitask
