Job Description

Duties include:

  • General office administration
  • Answering the phone
  • Writing notes and emails from dictation
  • Writing up research information
  • Responding to emails
  • Entering invoices on Xero
  • Maintaining filing system

Experience and skills Required

  • Excellent written English is essential.
  • Previous office experience not required as long as the candidate is capable and efficient
  • Excellent computer skills is essential (Outlook, Excel and Word) as well as an excellent command of written and verbal English
  • Knowledge of Xero is an advantage. Training will be given if required.
  • The candidate will be organised and be able to take instruction as well as work on their own initiative.
  • Will have the ability to multitask
  • Highly confidential
